any.fund

Turn a market view into a fund.

Create a leveraged fund on Hyperliquid, or buy shares in someone else's.

The creator writes the thesis and sets the fund's positions and target leverage.

Buyers own shares; the fund holds the positions.

Private alpha

Ether over Bitcoin

ETHBTC · Creator @mira

Example

I expect ETH to outperform BTC.

  • Long ETH · 50.00% of exposure
  • Short BTC · 50.00% of exposure

Target leverage · 3.00×, rebalanced daily

Share price · $1.1195

From fund to shares

Example $50.00 buys about 44.53 (exactly 44.528807503349709691) shares after the buy fee.

Your shares move with the fund's positions. A sale can wait before it pays you.

Selling in the alpha

The fund sells your share of its positions, then pays you.

Your estimate can change until payment. Each payment settles at that block's share price, after the sale spread. Your minimum protects the total payment, not a payment time.

Any shares still held in your sale remain yours and move with the fund until paid. There is no set time for payment. You cannot cancel after submitting. You can lower the minimum with a separate transaction.

Fees

Example Example rates and amounts are shown below.

  • Buy · 0.30% · $0.15 on $50.00; stays in the fund.
  • Sale · 0.30% · $0.37 on $123.45; stays in the fund.
  • Upkeep · 0.05% of each rebalancing trade · example: $0.06 on $123.45 goes to any.fund.
  • Trading fees are included in the fund's share price and go to Hyperliquid; the rate depends on each trade.
  • Network fees go to HyperEVM validators in HYPE.

What leverage means

Leverage magnifies losses as well as gains.

A target multiple isn't a promised return.

You can lose most or all of what you put in.

Fund trades run on Hyperliquid.

During this private alpha, we can pause buys or wind a fund down.

For creators

Anyone in the alpha can create a fund: pick positions, set leverage, write the thesis.
